Spumantialia 2021

Spumantitalia, on its third edition is organized by Bubble’s Italia with the aim of celebrating Italian bubbles.

The event includes a series of seminars and tastings with a focus on the world of national sparkling wine seeking its recognizability and identity.
In particular, during the first day of the event, the Consortium of Prosecco will be present at 2 talk shows:

10.00 - 11.00: "Italy of sparkling wines - "Evolution of markets, identity and opportunities of Italian sparkling wine". Led by Antonio Paoloni and realized by the collaboration between Corriere Viticolo and Bubble’s Italy. 
15.00 - 16.00: "Why Rosé - Only Fashion or even vocation? Supply and demand. Rosé as a provocation, as a bet, as a development opportunity or commercial fallback". Led by Fabrizio Salce. 

From 16.30 to 17.30 there will be a Masterclass dedicated to Prosecco DOC Rosé: "A new dress for Prosecco DOC Rosé". The speakers Stefano Cosma and Sissi Baratella, with the intervention of a consortium representative, will talk about the novelty of 2020, already a worldwide success. The entry on the market of the Rosé version of Prosecco DOC did not leave anyone indifferent.

The labels of producers of Prosecco DOC Rosé will also be served at the Salotto Bubble’s, operating for the first reception: a tasting corner will be active, open from 09.00 to 19.00 every day of the event.
Highlight of the event is the gala dinner on Saturday, July 3, during which will be served the Prosecco DOC Rosé of the participating companies.
