Territory

A land that tells the tale of beauty and bubbles.

The city of Treviso: an open-air treasure.

A historic and natural paradise.

The province of Treviso is rich in water, dotted with various springs that surround the area with natural wonders and beautiful landscapes, now classed as protected areas.

The city of Treviso: an open-air treasure.

The city of Treviso winds its way between frescoed houses, colonnades and tranquil waterways. The historic center is enclosed by the city walls, built over the centuries to defend the city from enemy attacks.

Its two undisputed rulers are, however, the two rivers, the Sile and the Cagnan, which run between the central streets.

A special mention goes to the famous Isola della Pescheria, created to host the fish market, which symbolises the city's close relationship with the water.

The Prosecco production area in Treviso province is protected by a special controlled designation of origin, as it boasts a unique historic value in terms of the evolution of Prosecco wine. This special designation can only be used if the entire production process (grape cultivation, vinification and bottling) takes place in Treviso.
